The time to act is now, before it's too late. Below is a list of ideas and opportunities to make it easy and convenient for you to get involved in growth issues. You can participate at the local or state level to change pro-growth policies.

• Write to Governor Kulongoski - cut growth subsidies, not education or social services!
• Become active with your local chapter.
• Check out AGO's Toolkit for Local Growth Activists.
• Give a copy of AGO's Growth Subsidies Report to councilors, commissioners, city planners and other elected officials.
• Write a letter to the editor of your local paper or to elected officials expressing your views on growth.
• Become involved in your neighborhood associaton.
• Send a letter to your legislator in support of AGO's legislation.
